APRIL 12, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Commissioner Cory <br />Wright and Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Taylor Crouch, <br />Administrative Assistant; Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Manager and <br />two members of the public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending April 9, 2021. <br /> <br />TOWNHALL COMMUNITY FORUM COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Osiadacz asked to pick up a conversation from a while <br />ago that Commissioner Wright had proposed. She stated she would like <br />to get moving and give direction on whether the Board would <br />facilitate one or two townhall meetings one in Upper County and one <br />in Lower County and noted that Paul Jewell would moderate them. The <br />Board agreed to host two in May during the evening hours and asked <br />that Vice Chairman Osiadacz work with Staff to set it up. <br /> <br />REQUEST ADO-DESIGNATION-CHAMBER COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Osiadacz moved to approve & authorize the Chair’s <br />signature on an Associate Development Organization <br />Certification/Designation Form for the 2020-2023 biennium, noting it <br />is due back to the Department of Commerce by April 15, 2021.
