8. Project Readiness: Please provide a detailed project schedule, including milestones necessary for completion as mentioned in question 1 above. On the schedule, indicate items completed and exactly where in the schedule the project is at this time. Be sure to include expected completion date. Proiect Readiness Alltrail counters will need to be ordered once grant funding is available, which may take time for shipping. All counters may be installed as soon as they are receiyed, contingent upon City crew availability. Portable trail counters and the long-term trail counter on the Coal Mines Trail and can be installed at any time and do not require any rnilestones to be overcome in order to start using them immediately upon receiving the funding. The Disc Golf Course signs will be installed as soon as they are received. Logo and brochure development will begin as soon as the funding is available, and brochures will be distributed as soon as they are received. The Dog Park is awaiting an engineering survey in order to prepare the Request for Proposals (RFP) to hire a fencing contractor. Once this is complete, the project will go to bid and allcomponents may be installed.
