I ntrastructure for Rebuilding America (INFRA) bi iit, <br />Approximately, 10 percent of available funds are reserved for small projects, and 90 percent of funds are <br />reserved for large projects. <br />To qualify as a large project, the minimum grant request must be at least $25 million and the minimum project <br />size must be the lesser of $100 million; 30 percent of a State's FY 2020 Federal -aid apportionment if the <br />project is located in one State; or 50 percent of the larger participating State's FY 2020 apportionment for <br />projects located in more than one State. For a small project, including both construction awards and project <br />development awards, the grant must be at least $5 million. Previously incurred costs will be counted toward <br />the minimum project size requirement only if they were eligible project costs and were expended as part of <br />the project for which the applicant seeks funds. <br />INFRA grants may be used for up to 60 percent of future eligible project costs. Other Federal assistance may <br />satisfy the non -Federal share requirement for an INFRA grant, but total Federal assistance for a project <br />receiving an INFRA grant may not exceed 80 percent of future eligible project costs. Non -Federal sources <br />include State funds originating from programs funded by State revenue, local funds originating from State or <br />local revenue -funded programs, private funds or otherfunding sources of non -Federal origins.
