EXHIBIT "B" <br />COMPENSATION <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall provide the <br />following to the Contractor: <br />Total Construction Costs as described in Exhibit A: $32,300.00 <br />Sales Tax @ 8.3%: 12,680-90 <br />Total Compensation: $34,980.90 <br />Payment Terms: Net 30 days <br />Unforeseen additional expenses shall require a written change order and must be <br />approved in writing by the Event Center Director before such work commences. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 14 <br />
