EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The Contractor will supply the following: <br />Install 2" Inches of 2 Ib. density Spray Foam Insulation an approx. R-14 to the ceiling/roof deck, <br />exterior walls and under the floor of the Grandstands Announcers Booth approx. 4,400 sf. <br />Install Intumescent Thermal Barrier (Fire) Protection over Spray Foam that is not covered by <br />Drywall (GWB). This includes at walls and roof deck above the Suspended Ceiling and the <br />Spray Foam installed under the floor approx. 2,865 sf. <br />Install GWB to Walls of the East and West Observation Rooms and the North wall of the <br />Hallway and to the Hallway Ceiling. Tape and Texture of GWB. 1X4 Type Wood Trim around <br />Windows and Door. <br />Install One Coat of Primer and Two Coats of Latex Paint to new GWB walls and ceiling approx. <br />2,000 sf. To the Door and Window Trim install One Coat of Primer and Two coats of Alkyd <br />Gloss Enamel Paint approx. 465 If. New Rubber Cove Base approx. 180 If. <br />Clarifications: <br />• No demolishing or removal of existing finishes for access to our scope of work is included. <br />• Includes 5/8" inch GWB at walls and Y2" inch GWB at Hallway ceiling. Level 3 Tape and Mud <br />finish and a medium consistency "Orange Peel' texture. <br />• We will try get the New Paint and Cove Base Color to match existing conditions. Options will <br />be chosen from manufactures standard color chart. <br />• We anticipate a 12-15 workday duration. <br />• This proposal based on "open access" to all work. No equipment, storage racks, stocked <br />material, etc. shall be installed or in place prior to or during our scope of work. <br />• Includes General Liability Insurance, $1M Occurrence, $2M Aggregate & $1M <br />Umbrella/Excess. <br />• Materials mentioned above to be installed at nominal thickness per manufactures <br />recommendations and or industry standards. <br />Exclusions: <br />• Any work within the "Announcers Booths" or South wall of the Hallway for wall and paint work. <br />• Any Repairs to Existing Suspended Ceiling Grid System. <br />• Any fees or special permits the local jurisdictions may require. <br />The Contractor shall not deviate from this scope of work without a change order <br />approved in writing by the Event Center Director. Additional services provided by the <br />Contractor including, but not limited to, costly repairs or connection services, are not <br />contemplated by this agreement and the County assumes no responsibility for such <br />work. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 13 <br />
