DISCUSSION: <br />Kittitas County Conservation District has successfully worked with the Ellensburg Water <br />Company designing and implementing siphon and fish screening and passage projects <br />where the Ellensburg Water Company canal crosses Cooke and Coleman Creeks. <br />The Kittitas County Conservation District discussed the ILA at their February board <br />meeting. They directed their District Manager to proceed with finalizing the ILA and are <br />requesting that the County accept the final design.
