Our assumplion is that activities can return to normal in 2021 <br />and that any fallout from 2020 will be offset by penlup demand, so our overall <br />goals remain largely the same as last year's appllcalion: <br />('1 ) Maintain and grow our large annual events for hunterljumper, eventing, reining. <br />reined cow horse and rodeo disciplines. <br />(2) Promote our newcovered arena that will open in 2021 and attract additional <br />groups, disciplines and activities that require such a facility. <br />(3) Continue to attract a wide variety of other Enqlish and \,1estern horse events <br />and non-equine activities to maximize use of the facilities. <br />We plan to develop and implemenl a very ambitious, multi-faceted marketing plan <br />in 2A21 Io achieve these goals: <br />1. Develop and distribute up-to-date advedisenrents, pronrotional materials and <br />progress reports, including drone footage of lhe covered arena. <br />2. Continue to significantly upgrade our new digital processing capabilities wlrich <br />have been every uell-received by our user community in 2020. We need to explore <br />or develop more flexible solutions to serve the needs of event organizers and <br />recreational rides, as \ell as support management reporting. This initiative includes <br />integration with handheld devices and introduction of digital mapping capabiliiies. <br />3. Develop and implement flexible temporary signage to improve raay-finding and <br />use of facilities with the new covered arena and to facilitate emergency response. <br />4.
