<br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />device provided to the County shall be in an amount equal to at least 110% of such estimated costs <br />as determined by Trendwest’s architects and engineers. <br />Exhibit F-1 Suncadia MPR Conditions of Approval: <br />A-2 (a) Required Infrastructure and Utilities, as defined in the Development Agreement, shall be <br />installed and completed or bonded or other financial guaranties or accommodations made for their <br />completion prior to final plat approval of each subphase. <br />2. Private Road Naming: Private Road Names will be required to complete a private road naming <br />application prior to final approval. <br />3. Addressing: Contact the Kittitas County Rural Addressing Coordinator at (509) 962-7523 to obtain <br />addresses prior to obtaining a building permit. A parcel cannot receive a building permit or utilities <br />until such parcel is identified with a 911 address. <br />4. Civil Plans: Civil plans will be reviewed and approved as submitted prior to final plat approval in <br />accordance with development agreement. <br /> <br />Utilities and Stormwater: <br /> <br />Stormwater: Please provide design calculations for treatment and disposal areas. If utilizing an existing <br />system, please provide an accounting affirming sufficient capacity. <br /> <br />Water Service: Please provide an inventory of equivalent residential units, or the accounting method utilized <br />in water system plan, affirming sufficient capacity serving the plat. <br /> <br />Waterwater Service: Please provide an inventory of equivalent residential units, or the accounting method <br />utilized in the general sewer plan, affirming sufficient capacity serving the plat. <br /> <br />Survey: <br /> <br />Per KCC:16.24.010, The survey of every proposed subdivision, and the preparation of preliminary and final <br />plats thereof, shall be made by or under the supervision of a registered land surveyor who shall certify on the <br />plat that it is a true and correct representation of the lands actually surveyed. All surveys shall conform to <br />standard practices and principles for land surveying. <br /> <br />The complete comment letter can be found as Index #41 of the Master File Index. <br /> <br />Staff Response: Applicant provided a response to PW comments, included as Index #44 of the Master <br />File. The applicant will adhere to all applicable regulations as outlined in the Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Washington State Department of Health <br />DOH responded with the following statement and comment: <br /> <br />For Department of Health (DOH) Office of Drinking Water (ODW), this water system is approved for 1501 <br />connections and has 590 active connections, so this water system has sufficient capacity to serve 24 single <br />family homes. <br /> <br />DOH ODW has one comment: <br />1. Based on various applications for additional connections in the Suncadia water system, DOH ODW wants <br />to remind the water system to make sure to update their WFI as new connections are constructed and <br />actively receive drinking water. <br /> <br />The complete comment letter can be found as Index #38 of the Master File Index. <br /> <br />Staff Response: Applicant provided a response to DOH comments, included as Index #44 of the Master
