FEBRUARY 8, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Stephanie Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor and one <br />member of the public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending February 5, 2021. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT TV IMPROVEMENT DIST. COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to reappoint Gerald Brong to the <br />Kittitas County TV Improvement District, for a three-year term <br />effective immediately and ending on 12/31/2023. Commissioner Wright <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION DEPARTMENT HEAD MEETINGS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor questioned if the Board <br />wanted to resume the Department Head meetings. She stated that there <br />have been a lot of positives that have come out of not having them <br />through the pandemic, such as Department’s are making better use of <br />their Study Session time; it gives the Board another time slot in <br />their schedule to have a Special Meeting; and it allows the Board <br />the time they need to have discussions and get updates from one
