Public Health <br />To Protect and Promote the Health and the Environment of the People of Kittitas County <br />KITTITAS COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH <br />Meeting Minutes <br />November 24, 2020 <br />WebEx Meeting <br />1:00 pm <br />Present <br />Board of Health (BOH): <br />Cory Wright, Brett Wachsmith, Laura Osiadacz, John Asriel M.D., Dede Utley <br />Public Health: Katie Odiaga, Tristen Lamb, Mark Larson M.D., Jesse Cox, Chelsey Loeffers <br />Other: Judy Pless, Kittitas County Auditor's Office <br />Meeting called to order at 1:00 pm <br />Introductions <br />Introductions were completed. <br />Minutes <br />Motion to approve the October 15, 2020 Board of Health meeting minutes <br />r Motion 11-01: Motion to approve the October 15, 2020, Board of Health meeting minutes. Cory <br />Wright moved to approve the October 15, 2020 Board of Health meeting minutes. Dede Utley second. <br />All approved. Motion 11-01 carried to approve the September 17, 2020 Board of Health meeting <br />minutes. <br />Business <br />Reguest to set ioint BOCC BON ublic hearing to consider the 2021 Public Health Fee Schedule for <br />December 17 2020 BOH meeting <br />Tristen Lamb presented her request to hold a public hearing at the December Board of Health Meeting. <br />Ms. Lamb briefly reviewed fee policy changes. The board supported the request as presented. <br />There were questions from the board regarding stakeholder notification. <br />2021 Public Health Budget Updates <br />Ms. Lamb gave the board an update regarding the 2021 Public Health Budget. Chelsey Loeffers reviewed <br />the Grant Gantt and briefly discussed health promotion grant funding. <br />There were questions from the board regarding COVID budgeting for 2021, FEMA funding, and the <br />admissions tax. <br />Other <br />Notice of Award <br />Kittitas County Public Health was awarded a grant from National Association of County and City Health <br />Officials (NACCHO) for funds for the Addressing Needs of People with Disabilities in COVID-19 Local <br />
