2016 PARKS, RECREATION AND OPEN SPACE (PROS) PLAN DISCUSSION <br />Mark Cook gave background on the 2016 Parks, Recreation and Open <br />Space (PROS) Plan and stated that staff has begun moving forward with <br />tasks necessary to update the plan. Mark Cook stated that staff has <br />drafted a short survey for Board completion and to see what the <br />Board's priorities are for the plan. Mark Cook reminded the Board <br />that the first workshop is coming up and staff is going to reach out <br />to the Auditor's Office and Treasurer's Office to discuss potential <br />funding sources to implement changes.
