When we are able to drive people to our website, we can then shourcase other tourism highlights and opportunities for them to enjoy during their stay. We feature all our sponsors and partners with direct links to their websites from logo clicks. This will be easily implemented for the marketing requirements of this grant showcasing both Central Washington Outdoor and myEllensburg.com. From thai, r.r,e can drive online traffic to those great websites for them to eplore more tourism activities they can participate in during their stay, making Ellensburg and Kittitas County that much more attractive to them. 2500 character liml 4lCollaboration lf your organization collaborates or has created partnerships with other organizations, groups, or other events, how is this accomplished? 4.1 Collaboration *Currently, r,r,e have valr:able partnerships with both community groups, as well as regional and corporate sponsors. Our major sponsors we look to have back for the 2021 event include Mike's Hard Lemonade and White Claw, Corona, and Coca- Cola. Our community partners are valuable as a volunteer effort to help run or:r event and set special displays. These groups include the Ellensburg Rodeo Posse, Rodeo City Roller Girls, Ellensburg High School Volleyball Club, and Antique Military Vehicles Club. We are also thankful to all our first responder volunteer help that ensures we all have a safe and fun time. This includes Kittitas Valley Fire and Rescue as raell as the Kittitas County Sheriffs Departntent Reserve Program. We are already exploring new partnerships for this upcoming year and the biggest one v1,e are looking forrrard to is with the City of Ellensburg. The City's Park and Recreation Departnrent has shoi,rn interest and commitment to setting up additional 4th of July festivities in Memorial Park next to the fairgrounds. These family fun activities and entertainment r,r,ould begin in the afternoon and lead up to the opening of the concert area and evening schedule.
