We will rely significantly on entrance tickets <br />and food and beverage sales lo sustain the event. Sponsorship funds will be less <br />than 2oo/o of the generated irrcome from the event in the initial years to guarantee <br />our revenue model r,rcrks. There \.ryere many positive aspects of the original idea. As the person who <br />created this event for Hospice Friends. lfound tremendous support and excitement <br />from many of the following organizations; Airlift Norlhwest, Kittitas Valley Hospital, <br />Kittitas Valley Fire and Rescue. Department of Natural Resources, Tom Dent (State <br />Representative), County commissioners, City officials and many local businesses. <br />There uas interest form the US Army and civilian aircraft owners Wlling to support <br />the event. Over $1000 was raised in the first week of promotions, prior to stopping <br />sponsor requests based on lhe Covid-19 Pandemic. <br />2500 character linit <br />Additional lnformation ln detetnrining our projected spectator and lodging numbers u€ used the <br />Internatiorral Courrcil of Airshorars Study from 2018. This study stated that on <br />average 32% of spectator travel from 40+ miles and 12ok lravels 1 00+ miles to <br />attend aviation events. Wiih the expectation of approximately 1500 spectators \.{e <br />have based the participatiorr on these nunrbers.
