Response 1: <br />ProjecVEvent*uescnptron <br />The Miss Rodeo Washington Pageant will be an open event that includes Miss <br />Rodeo Washington contestants, Miss Teen Rodeo Washington contestants, and <br />their family and friends, plus the volunteer u/orkers, digniiaries and members of the <br />local community during the Columbus Day weekend. <br />The beautiful city of Ellensburg was selected for our pageant due to its <br />central location in Washington State. The picturesque Kittitas valley is the <br />perfect backdrop to host this rarestern pageant r,nhere rae will croun the <br />First lady of Washington rodeo! <br />We plan on moving the pageant from the current location at the Kittitas <br />Valley Event Center to the Hotel Windrow locaied in dor,mtowr hisioric <br />Ellensburg. This move will enable us to increase our audience from a <br />capacity of 100 to 250 and will give our audience more access for shopping, <br />eploring and to enjoy the many food esiablishments during the pageani^ <br />We have booked the appearance of Miss Rodeo America as our guest <br />speaker for the pageant, in order to drawa larger attendance. The <br />Horsemanship portion of the pageant will be a free and an open eveni <br />located in the Bloom Pavilion. We target all of the Northraest through social <br />media, print advertising, radio advertising, posters.
