We instead applied for and ra,ere auarded <br />$10,000 for firervrrks for our upcoming 2020 Christmas in Cle Elum parade. <br />We uorked with Public Health and the Cily of Cle Elum to conduct the annual <br />firewcrks show, with an approved safety plan and guidelines. We also developed a <br />virtual parade instead of the annual physical one as WSDOT r,r,ould not let us host <br />the formal parade in person. <br />2500 character ilnl <br />Additional lnformation Advocating for Cle Elum and getting creative, \/e have worked with our team at <br />WSDOT to develop the first ever WSDOT-approved reverse parade in 202O for <br />Christmas in Cle Elum; wlrere the floats stay still and the participants drive through <br />to allowfor proper safety and physical distancing.
