We uaere noiified of Arts <br />Commission approval, but have not received a final decision by the City Council to <br />approve disbursement of those funds, nor received a check. <br />Jaz.in lhe Valley, a subsidiary of Laughing Horse Arts Foundation. has no <br />employees, so vre did not qualify for a CARES grant or Payroll Protection Program. <br />Horrr,ever.
