Our assumption is that activilies can return to normal in 2021 <br />and that any falloLrt lrom 2A20 will be offset by pent-up demand, so our overall <br />goals remain largely the sanle as last year's application: <br />(1) Mainiain and grow our large annual events for hunter/jumper, eventing, reining, <br />reined cowhorse and rodeo disciplines. <br />(2) Promote our new covered arena that will open in 2021 and attract additional <br />groups, disciplines and activities that require such a facility. <br />(3) Coniinue to attract a wide variety of other English and western horse events <br />and non-equine activities to maximize use of the facilities. <br />We plan to develop and implement a very ambitious, nrulti-faceted marketing plan <br />in 2021 lo achieve these goals: <br />1. Develop and distribule up-to-date advertisements, promotional materrals and <br />progress reports, including drone footage of the covered arena. <br />2. Continue to significantly upgrade our newdigital processing capabilities r,rfrich <br />have been every well-received by our user community in 2020. We need to e4plore <br />or develop more flexible solutions to serve the needs of event organizers and <br />recreational rides, as well as support nunagement reporting. This initiative includes <br />integration with handheld devices and introduction of digital mapping capabilities. <br />3. Develop and implement flexble temporary signage to improve raay-finding and <br />use ol facilities with the new covered arena and to facilitate emergency response. <br />4.
