3) On or before June 11 each year, the Treasurer will submit an invoice to Public Works <br />for the services rendered under this agreement. This invoice will include the year for <br />which services were rendered, the number of accounts being billed for, the fee amount <br />per account, and the total amount owed by Public Works. <br />4) After August 1" each year, Treasurer will notify Public Works of all Water Metering <br />Fee delinquencies. At any time after this, Public Works may request this same report. <br />5) If the Treasurer becomes aware any debtor has filed for bankruptcy, the Treasurer will <br />immediately alert Public Works and the Prosecutor's Office will forward any <br />bankruptcy notices received to the Prosecutor's Office. <br />This agreement shall be effective immediately upon signing by parties and shall renew <br />automatically each year unless cancelled in writing by either party or is superseded by the signing <br />of a new agreement. Amendments or modifications to this agreement must be in writing and <br />signed by both parties. <br />Any disputes or disagreements between the parties regarding the terms or operation of this <br />agreement shall be resolved by the parties in a cooperative and collaborative manner, and with the <br />understanding the Treasurer and Public Works Director shall retain final decision-making <br />authority for their respective offices. <br />Signed on this day of , 20_. <br />Amy Cziske, Kittitas County Treasurer <br />Signed on this day of , 20 <br />Mark Cook, Director, Kittitas County Public Works <br />
