Similar to the M FARM property, this Yakima River floodplain <br />property includes the Yakima River and side channels with associated riparian area, portions of <br />Spring Creek, relict river channels, and open water habitat. This property will also be deed <br />restricted for protection and to prevent future development and is ideal for restorative actions. <br />Recommendations and Schedule <br />Kittitas County is proposing Advance Mitigation site development by moving forward with the <br />following tasks and implementation schedule: <br />1. Coordinate with FAA, Corps, and Ecology for conditional approval to move forward with <br />the development of an advance mitigation site (December 2020); <br />2. Once approved, coordinate with FAA for entitlement funding and expenditure year to <br />accelerate site design and construction (by March 2021).
