TASK 5: Conduct research and outreach efforts. <br />Staff action(s): Working with community stakeholders, identify the scale and scope of the two <br />2021 implementation priorities. Once defined, staff will prepare planning level cost estimates <br />for elements associated with each of the two priorities. Committees of the Board and other <br />stakeholders are anticipated to develop specific projects for Board consideration. <br />DELIVERABLE: Planning level costs estimates for implementing the two 2021 implementation <br />priorities. <br />TIMELINE: 0312021 to 0312022 <br />TASK 6: Develop the funding plan supporting TASK 5 implementation. <br />Staff action(s): Staff will review appropriate/available funding schemes and prepare funding <br />plans for TASK 5 actions. This task will likely interact with task 8 below as detailed project <br />costs become available. <br />DELIVERABLES: Funding plans for each prioritized implementation action in TASK 3. <br />TIMELINE: 0412022 — 0512022. <br />TASK 7. Update the County's Capital Facility Plan supporting 2022 construction efforts. <br />Staff action(s): Work with CDS updating the Capital Facility Plan for TASK 3 implementation. <br />DELIVERABLE: Updated CFP for 2022 budgeting. <br />TIlVIELINE: 0712022. <br />TASK 8: Design and permitting of TASK 3 projects. <br />Staff action(s): Design plans, specifications, and engineering for TASK 3 projects.
