23. Prescheduled Leave. The Contracting Attorney will provide a Notice of Unavailability for pre- <br />scheduled vacation, trainings and other leave. The court will not place matters on those dockets, <br />provided there has been an official Notice of Unavailability filed with the court no later than 30 <br />days prior to the date(s) of leave. If such maffers remain on those dockets, the Contracting <br />Attorney will be responsible to provide alternate coverage or agreed upon orders of continuance <br />with appropriate waivers pursuant to CrRLJ 3.3, When alternate coverage is necessary, the <br />covering attomey may bill the court in the amount of $250.00 for said coverage for the court <br />calendar (per daylnot case). <br />24.Entire Agreement.
