14. The Committee will hold an annual meeting in January and elect a Chair and Vice-Chair <br />15. A simple majority of filled positions at a meeting shall constitute a quonrm except for <br />amendments to the bylaws. <br />16. The bylaws may be amended by approval of no less than two-thirds (213) of the Committee <br />17. Subcommittees shall be chaired by a regular member of the committee. <br />18. All meetings will be conducted under Robert's Rules of Order <br />19.
