Change Order No. 24 (revised) <br />Project No. 150338 <br />and reached resolution on the technical assistance and permitting <br />approach. That effort will continue to include a higher level of <br />coordination over the pilot with Ecology and other stakeholders. This task <br />includes additional time for biweekly updates to Ecology, Kittitas County, <br />and Granite Creek Ranches LLC on the project. It also includes a second <br />presentation of the project before the Water Transfer Working Group in <br />July 2018. Aspect will continue to perform these coordination efforts on <br />an as-directed, t ime -and-materials bas is, thro u gh out 2022. This contract <br />assumes 43 hours total of Associate and Principal time for meetings and <br />coordination. <br />Second, Ecolory is requiring a permit for the project, and an agreed-upon <br />permitting stratery was reached at the Ecology meeting.
