EXHIBIT "B" <br />COMPENSATION <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall pay <br />Contractor compensation as detailed below. Payments will be based on the "net 30 days" <br />billing cycle. Compensation is subject to review each year pursuant to the amendment <br />section of this agreement. <br />Labor cost per hour: $90.00 per hour <br />Payment shall be based on an itemized invoice provided by SPS for each vehicle outfitted <br />and the work performed under this Agreement; invoices must detail the vehicle unit number, <br />date and type of service rendered. <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 09/24/2018) <br />Page 14 of 17 <br />
