EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br />Contractor shall provide on an as -needed basis the following work: <br />a. Installation of specialized police equipment and upfit services for Kittitas <br />County Sheriffs Office vehicles; and <br />b. Service and maintenance on installed vehicle equipment. <br />The County shall: <br />a. Schedule pickup and delivery of vehicles with Contractor on an as -needed <br />basis; and <br />b. Determine the brand and manufacturer of all equipment to be installed as <br />specified on the direction provided to SPS for each vehicle; and <br />c. Provide to SPS a detailed build sheet for each type of vehicle and setup <br />(including but not limited to Patrol, Patrol/Search & Rescue, Admin/Detective); <br />and <br />d. Require a build estimate for each type of vehicle and setup (including but not <br />limited to Patrol, Patrol/Search & Rescue, Admin/Detective) on an annual <br />basis, to be reviewed annually. <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 09/24/2018) <br />Page 13 of 17 <br />
