Change Order No. 16 <br />Project No. 150338 <br />The final design will include a technical memorandum outlining the <br />problem statement and investigatory methodology , with details describing <br />the construction details, vendor specifications, quality control measures, <br />and input from basin stakeholders. <br />Task 3 -Implementation and Monitoring. Under this task Aspect will: <br />Conduct a site inspection to document construction of a <br />representative home and septic, including confirmation of meter <br />installation (per manufacturer specification) and locations. <br />Conduct site measurements in accordance with design (Task 2). <br />Take construction photos and GPS measurements to correlate with <br />parcel information. <br />We anticipate the pilot study to be at least 16 to 24 months in duration. We <br />assume the County will provide the raw telemetry water meter data on a <br />monthly basis. Aspect will evaluate this data (assume two hours per month) <br />and provide an email status update, including an estimate of consumptive <br />use. The update will be suitable for distribution to basin stakeholders. <br />Task 4 -Preparation of a Technical Report. Under this task Aspect will <br />compile and produce a technical report documenting design, construction, <br />and implementation of the consumptive use pilot study. The report will <br />conclude with an estimate of consumptive use and additional observation <br />and/or recommendations, as needed. To promote cost efficiency, <br />documentation produced under Task 2 will be directly incorporated into the <br />report. A draft report will be provided for early group review. In addition , <br />we have budgeted for one meeting with the group to discuss findings of the <br />report.
