I l'this changes s ign ifi cantly. <br />the grantc-e r.vill ne c-cl to req Lrcst a change in W EMS. arrd an IAA arnendlnelrt lnav be required. <br />High Visibility Enforcement (HVE) Operational Requirements: The specific HVE requirements <br />listed in the Scope of Work are extremely important to the success of the high visibility enforcement <br />strategy. ALL of these requirements must be followed. <br />WEMS Digital Activity Log: WTSC requires all agencies parlicipating in high visibility <br />enforcement to use the WEMS system to document the activity of all participating officers. An <br />officer cannot participate if they do not have a WEMS account and do not input their activities into <br />the WEMS digital activity log. <br />Officer Training Requirements: Starting March 31,2021, WTSC will begin to enforce the training <br />requirements of participating officers.
