A condition assessment of major building systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing, Site Paving, Vertical Transportation, Structural and Building Envelope to be imporfed into DSI's capital forecasting solution as defined in the Asset lnventory and System/Component table below. 1. HVACequipmentitemsonlywill alsobetrackedinthecapital forecastasspecificSub-Systems. For these items, Make/Model/Serial Number will be captured and tracked in the Equipment lnventory, and the item will also be included as a Sub-System in the capital forecast. 2. All other major Systems will be collected at the Systems Level in DSI's capital forecasting solution as a general Sub-Systems Asset lnventory and Systems/Component Table The following table defines the standard SOW that will be followed to capture the equipment data used to build the Equipment lnventory, which will be imported into the Work & Asset Management Solution as well as the System-Sub-System data used to build the Capital Reserve Table that will be imported into the Capital Forecasting Solution.
