Plvl Schedules will be <br />generated off the equipment inventorycollected bythe DSI Service Provider duringeitherthe Data Gathering <br />orFCAservice. Theintentofthisserviceistoidentifyneededproceduresandinspectionsrequiredtomaintain <br />facllities systems in safe, reliable and efficient condition. <br />Value <br />By leveraging DSI's PM Schedule Creation service, DSI clients are able to leverage and incorporate regular <br />preventive maintenance best practices of their equipment..By performing regular or routine maintenance best <br />practices; you ensure that your equipment is operating under safe and optimal conditions thus preventing the <br />potential for downtime and shorter life expectancy. <br />Deliverables <br />All Preventive Maintenance Schedule Creation services include the following deliverables: <br />' Creation of PM Schedules for populating your Dude Solutions Work & Asset Management solution <br />. Data population within DSlSoftware. No reportwill be provided. <br />Methodology and Approach <br />DSI Service Providers leverage multiple libraries of PM standards to create PM schedules. These standards are <br />based upon prevailing national codes and standards such as ASTlVl, ASHRAE, NFPA and BOMA.
