Kittitas Gounty Transfer Station Relocation Project - Phase 7 - Scope of Work This Phase 7 scope of work (SOW) encompasses additionaleffort provided by CH2M Hill Engineers, lnc. (Jacobs) to support of Kittitas County (County) whh the completion of a FEMA Building Resilience in Communities (BRIC) Grant Sub-Application. Jacobs wrote a Pre-Application for FEMA Hazard Mitigation Assistance, which was submitted by the County to the Washington Emergency Management Division (EMD) on September3,202O. The Pre- Application was accepted by FEMA; triggering a Sub-Application that is due November 15, 2020. Following is the scope and level of effort to complete Phase 7. This work will be performed in accordance with the Professional Servlce Agreement and its Amendment No. 1-6. Phase 7 Phase 7 project duration is expected to continue for 1 mdnth (October 9 through November L5,2020r, overlapping with the ongoing efforts of Phase 6. lf the Sub-Application is accepted, additionaleffort is foreseen for any required additionalsubmissions and is not defined in this Amendment. Task l: Project Management The full BRIC Sub-Application will require regular communication with the County and EMD to prepare an accurate and compelling application. The following effort for Phase 7 includes: r Communication caUmeeting agendas and high-levelsummaries (up to 5) r Correspondence and meetings wlth EMD staff and high-level summaries (up to 3) r One progress report and one invoice after completion of grant Sub-Application Task 2: FEIvIABRIC Grant Sub-Application The fullsub-Application, required attachments, and benefit cost analysis (BCA) will be submitted online in the FEMA Grants Outcomes (FEMA Go) platform by November L5,2O2Ofor initialState revlew.The County will registerJacobs as a Subrecipient Authorized Representative {SAR)'to facilitate Jacobs submitting the 5ub-Application. lnstructions on how to register and create an account in FEMA G0 and the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) is found here: https://www.fema.eov/sites/default/files/2020-07fema-eo user-reeistration-loein reference-.' euide.pdf lnformation required for this registration includes organization's legal name, mailing and physical address, ElN, DUNS and DUNS +4 numbers, and the Electronic Business Point of Contact (eBlZPoC). Task 2.1 FEMA GO Sub-Application & Attaohments The FEMA Go Sub-Application template will be populated by Jacobs and later uploaded by Jacobs into FEMA GO.
