2.A condition assessment of major building systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing, Site <br />Paving, Vertical Transportation, Structural and Building Envelope to be imported into DSI's capital <br />forecasting solution as defined in the Asset Inventory and System/Component table below. <br />1.HVAC equipment items only will also be tracked in the capital forecast as specific Sub-Systems.For <br />these items, Make/Model/Serial Number will be captured and tracked in the Equipment Inventory, and <br />the item will also be included as a Sub-System in the capital forecast. <br />2.All other major Systems will be collected at the Systems Level in DSI's capital forecasting solution as <br />a general Sub-Systems <br />Asset Inventory and Systems/Component Table <br />The following table defines the standard SOW that will be followed to capture the equipment data used to build <br />the Equipment Inventory, which will be imported into the Work & Asset Management Solution as well as <br />the System-Sub-System data used to build the Capital Reserve Table that will be imported into the <br />Capital Forecasting Solution. <br />Table Column Header Descriptions <br />Individual or System Level Capture <br />Individual = Item will be collected individually <br />System = Item will be grouped by system or sub-system, location will correspond to the associated <br />building structure <br />Item Represented in Capital Forecast?
