II,PGi <br />TASK 48 - 30% PRELTMTNARY DESTGN (GUARDRATL REPLACEMENT AND UPGRADE) <br />Objectivei Develop 30% design for Vantage Highway guardrail replacement and upgrade <br />consisting of plans and construction cost estimate. <br />Consultant Responsibilities: <br />L. Participate in design coordination meetings with the County. Prepare agendas, figures, <br />meeting minutes and other exhibits as necessary. Assumes up to two coordination <br />meetings. Coordination meetings for Task 4A and 48 will be at the same meeting. <br />2. Prepare 30% Review Submittal for review and approval by the County. The submittal will <br />include, at a minimum, the following: <br />a. Plans <br />i. Survey Basemap - Develop from County provided lidar survey for use in <br />design development. This effort is common between Tasks 44 and 48 and <br />one basemap will be developed for the project. <br />ii. Guardrail Plans and Details <br />b. Construction Cost Estimate <br />Assumptions: <br />L. County provided Lidar survey is complete and adequate for the guardrail project design <br />and does not require correction to vertical datum values. <br />Countv Responsibilities: <br />L. Provide Lidar survey of project. <br />2.
