DISCUSSION: <br />Public Works staff have vetted the water right information and calculations as presented <br />in the petition. The petition has a Scribner's error on page 2 — one of the referenced <br />water rights should be: S4-84636-1 (two are referenced as S4-8437-1). The attached <br />exhibits to the petition are correct. <br />Notice of public hearing is defined at RCW 87.80.050 (three consecutive weeks in the <br />County's newspaper of record). Public Works proposes advertising on October 15, 22 <br />and 29, 2020, conducting the hearing on November 12, 2020. This will require a special <br />meeting of the Board.
