Page 1 of 1 <br />Public Notice <br />Kittitas County, Ellensburg WA <br />Kittitas Reclamation District and West Side Irrigating Company filed a petition to form a joint control board in Kittitas <br />County, WA; which the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners received on September 11, 2020. If the request to <br />formulate is granted by the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners, Kittitas County Joint Control Board No. 1 will <br />have authority to provide for apportionment of costs to carry out the objects of creation among Kittitas Reclamation District <br />and West Side Irrigating Company. <br />A public hearing is scheduled for 9:00 am local time on November 12, 2020 in the Commissioner's Auditorium, 205 West <br />5th Avenue, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA.
