EXHEBIT F <br />Article 9 The Treasurer shall be authorized to disperse funds for expenditures authorized by <br />the Board of Directors and to invest unallocated funds in interest bearing accounts. <br />Article 10 All meetings of the Directors of the Kittitas County Joint Control Board No. I shall <br />be conducted pursuant to Chapter 42.30 Revised Code of Washington (the "Open Public Meetings <br />Act). <br />Article 11 These Bylaws, Chapter 87.80 RCW, and Rules, and Regulations, as herein adopted, <br />and until hereafter amended, shall govern the management of the Kittitas County Joint Control <br />Board No. I and its affairs and the operation of its water supply and distribution system. <br />Article 12 The Board of Directors of the Kittitas County Joint Control Board No. 1 has <br />authority to repeal, modify, and add to these Bylaws, Rules, and Regulations at any regular or <br />properly called special meeting of the Board. Any such amendment, addition, or deletion shall be <br />effective forthwith upon adoption by the Board of Directors and shall supersede previously <br />circulated copies of the Bylaws, Rules, and Regulations. Further, the copy of the Bylaws, Rules, <br />and Regulations on file in the District offices shall be the official copy. The Kittitas County Joint <br />Control Board No. 1 assumes no responsibility for circulating the most recent copy of *.e Bylaws, <br />Rules, and Regulations to any of the landowners. <br />Article 13 The Directors of the Kittitas County Joint Control Board No. 1 shall be entitled to <br />compensation pursuant to RCW 87.80.120. <br />
