The contract shall not be renewed unless the Secretary determines significant progre$$ has been nrade. 6. Bilting and Paynrent. a. The contracted activities shall be paid up to the amount specified for the deliverables idenlified in the Statement of Work and paymcni shall be made upon receip{ of ihe deliverable, JR shall not make payment for any deliverable not completed in accordance t0 the specifications identified in {his contract. b. DCYF shall pay the Contractor upon acceptance by DCYF of a prop*rly completed A-19 lnvaice Voucher. The invoice shall include the following documentation of the services delivered; (1) Date and iinre period of service(s) performed; and (2) The Description of work performecj. c. Payment shall be consrdered limely if nade by DCYF within 30 days afier the receipt of the properly completed invoice. d. Payment shall be seni to the Contractor's address 0n page one of this Contract^ e. The Contractor accepts the DCYF payrneni as the sole and compiete payment for the serr'ices provided under this contract. f. 0CYF shall not reimburse the Contractor for authori:ed services not provided lo clients, or for services provided which are not aulhorized crare not provided in accordanc* lvilh paragraph 2, "Statentent of Work.' lf DCYF pays the Contractor for se rvices authorized but not provided by the Contraclor in accordance with tlris Contract's "$tatement of Work," the amount paid shall be considered to be an overpayment. g. lf this Contract is terminaled for any reason, DCYF shall pay for only those services authorized and provided through the date of termination.
