1.2. "Administrator" means Administrative Official or Director as defined by Kittitas <br />County Code. <br />1.3. "Board" means the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners. <br />1.4. "Certificate of Occupancy" means either a certificate issued after inspections by the <br />County authorizing a person(s) In possession of property to dwell or otherwise use a specified <br />building or dwelling unit, or the final inspection if a formal certificate is not issued. <br />1.5. "Code" means the Kittitas County Code, as it may be amended from time to time. <br />1.6. "Development Period" means the duration of the Development Agreement. <br />1.7. "Existing Land Use Regulations" means the Kittitas County Code as of May 1, 2018. <br />1.8. "Landowner" shall refer to any owner of the Property, now or in the future as <br />contemplated by the Development Agreement. <br />1.9. "Marian Meadows Owners Association" or "MMOA" means the non-profit <br />organization comprised of a five (5) member governing board, the formation of which will be <br />addressed within the Covenants Conditions & Restriction's for the Plat of Marian Meadows <br />Estates to be recorded upon final plat of the second residential subdivision. <br />1.10. "Property" means the property subject to this Development Agreement as legally <br />described in Exhibit A. <br />1.11. "Recreational Vehicle" or "RV" has the meaning as defined by Kittitas County Code. <br />1.12. "Silver Creek Recreational Vehicle Resort" or "SCRVR" means a subset of Marian <br />Meadows Estates and MMOA providing for ownership of individual recreational vehicle storage <br />areas, with campground spaces and full-service RV pads in support of MMOA as well as the RV <br />condominium complex. <br />1.12.1. "RV Parr" shall mean the 15 full-service RV pads for SCRVR owners, <br />with water, electricity and sewage hook-ups. <br />1.12.2. "Campground" shall mean the 12 camping sites for SCRVR owners. <br />1.12.3. "RV Storage" shall mean the 100 storage units for SCRVR owners. <br />1.12.4. "RV Service Center" shall mean the service area for RV owners. <br />Section 2. The Proiect. The Project consists of the development and use of 445.42 acres in <br />Kittitas County, more particularly described below.
