Within the Easton Acres CC&R's provision that requires that Commercial activity <br />requires 75% acceptance by the community." This is yet another misleading, dishonest <br />response to the issue of the blatant violation of Easton Acres CC&R's. <br />What is really disturbing is that ERLC knows as does Kittitas County Public Works and <br />Kittitas County CDS that Easton Acres CC&R's run with the land and anything other <br />than a "Single Family Home" requires approval of 75% of the home owners. Kittitas <br />County Public Works, CDS & ERLC have ignored this for years! <br />A road across Lot #3 of Easton Acres with two home sites as well to access a <br />Commercial Motor Home Storage, Repair Shop, etc. is absolutely unacceptable to the <br />Easton Acres home owners. <br />This road originally was supposed to access Easton Flats Short Plat to develop four <br />home sites as the property was zoned at the time. NOT to access urban density and <br />commercial activity. This was blatant dishonesty and dece tp ion by ERLC. <br />ERLC's response to the County to provide options to address blockages on East Sparks <br />Road is TOTALLY inadequate! They know it, Kittitas County knows it and we know it. <br />Both options they list are unmaintained, undeveloped roads with NO snow removal in <br />the winter months. <br />Imagine a house fire behind a blockage on East Sparks Road in the summer or the <br />winter. In the summer a wildland fire would be immenent. In the winter it would take <br />a week to remove snow to gain access in any emergency! <br />Yes Dan I am tenacious! <br />Easton is rural, unincorporated with no city government to represent the community. <br />Tenacity is necessary to fight for the protection and preservation of our rural school, <br />rural fire department, rural character, clean air, water and the safety of our rural <br />community. <br />I have been on two Webex virtual meetings with Kittitas County as a member of the <br />traffic issue task force. Both meetings had a very poor audio and my computer <br />screen went black within 15 minutes. Per Time Saver PC, located in Radio Shack, in <br />Cie Elum this is a problem with Century Link who provides internet service to many <br />residents in Easton. <br />As so many issues in this development have NOT been addressed, are incomplete or <br />incorrect it makes absolutely no sense to try to pull off a virtual meeting at this time. <br />Furthermore, Easton School staff, Administration and the Board of Directors are doing <br />everything they can with remote classes and planning for returning students to school, <br />they don't have time to prepare for a virtual Public Hearing on an inadequate, <br />incomplete Development Agreement! <br />I hereby request that DV-19-00001 be rejected at this time and that the virtual Webex <br />hearing for October 6th be cancelled. <br />Please respond to me by email, jensenjohnrCa)yahoo.com <br />Respectfully, <br />
