Whoever this individual is I thank them for applauding my
tenacious support and concern for the Easton Community.
As far as getting a fair and non -bias decision from the Easton School Board or the
Easton Fire Commissioners their fears are premature as they have NEVER contacted
either Board for a discussion as their response to our response would lead one to
believe!
Discussions and decisions by Easton School District and Fire District #3 must be made
by the entire Board of Directors, not one individual.
I am a School Board Director, one of five.
I am NOT a Fire Commissioner and do not attend most Commissioner meeting's. I
have little influence on decisions by the Board.
My son Steve has stepped down from the Easton Fire Chief position about a year and
a half ago.
It was stated in their response that I have a significant influence to members of the
Easton Water District. This is absolutely un -true! I very rarely have attended a water
commissioners meeting and have nothing to do regarding any decisions made by
Easton Water District Commissioners!
I do know that as of today, 9/28/20, ERLC has no contract agreement with Easton
Water District as required for a complete Development Agreement.
ERLC's response regarding the violations of Easton Acres CUR's is absurd!!
ERLC states "the county accepted Meadow Way into the County road system under
resolution 2018-151.
