Neil Caulkins has compiled draft language for an <br />amendment that Code Enforcement would be able to go up the <br />driveway and ask permission to proceed as long as there is not a <br />no trespassing sign. If owner then says no to having permission, <br />then we would seek a search warrant. It was mentioned that the <br />Assessor's have a very broad ability and authority to enter a <br />property without permission. Director Carlson is looking for <br />direction to draft language and pursue this code amendment. <br />Discussion occurred.
