The municipality's lodging tax advisory committee {or equivalent} has been informed <br />of the project and endorsed it (not required for Kittitas County). A letter from the <br />rnunicipality is included. <br />4. Lodging tax capital project funds are not being substituted for other funds that are <br />already secured or applied for (if applicable). <br />5. Municipality has secured matching funds of at least 50% of the total project costs. <br />X 6.
