Technical Difficulties at Date and Time of Hearin: <br />If members of the public are unable to sign into the video conference by either video or phone at the <br />hearing date and time, the person may email the Hearing Host at or call at <br />and leave a message with return phone number. If the technical difficulties cannot be solved, the Hearing <br />Host will inform the Decision Maker of the inability to participate and arrangements will be discussed on <br />how to extend the public comment period to allow for participation. <br />Staff Communication During Hearing: <br />Prior to the hearing, the Project Planner will create a group email including the Hearing Host, Project <br />Planner, Planning Official, and CDS Director. The group should also include any other Kittitas County staff <br />such as Public Works or Prosecutor's Office staff. This group email will be used for "sidebar" staff <br />conversations during the hearing. Please note: This group email will be a record subject to the Public <br />Records Act. The Project Planner will be responsible for placing any email group discussions into the <br />project file. <br />
