Remove TDR requirement that conservation easements be <br />held by nonprofit or quasi -governmental agency. <br />- Amend to allow pre -application conference waivers <br />- Transfer Authority for Mitigation and Metering from Public <br />Health to Public Works <br />- Authorize Fire & Life Safety Inspections for Short -Term <br />Rentals <br />Chairman Wachsmith motioned to approve the 2020 Annual Docket of <br />Comprehensive Plan and Development Regulation Amendments. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz seconded the motion. Motion passes 3-0. <br />VIRTUAL PUBLIC HEARINGS UPDATE <br />Director Carlson presented the Board of County Commissioners <br />with the procedures for hosting virtual land use hearings <br />beginning in the Fall. He is currently working with IT to allow <br />people the opportunity to upload exhibits during the hearing. In <br />the procedures there is a section that assists with technical <br />difficulties. If members of the public are unable to sign into <br />the video conference by either video or phone at the hearing <br />date and time, the person may email or dial a designated hotline <br />to contact the Hearing Host. Director Carlson plans to conduct a <br />couple of mock hearings prior to September 15, 2020 to ensure <br />all the bugs are worked out of the process. <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />Commissioner Wright notified Director Carlson that the Capital <br />Improvement Program was discuss during the BOCC Admin meeting on <br />August 24, 2020 and Commissioner Wachsmith would be following up <br />with Director Carlson to discuss further. <br />Meeting adjourn at 2:OOpm <br />MI 1a1Y.&Z"IU KU11 MM Wa <br />
