docketed by June 301 of each calendar year and requires that any amendments docketed after June 30th <br />shall be considered in the following year; and <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County Code (KCC) 1513.04.030 requires that development regulation amendments <br />be docketed by June 30r' of each calendar year and requires that any amendments docketed after June 30th <br />shall be considered in the following year; and <br />WHEREAS, Stay-at-home and phased re -opening orders may have prevented interested persons from <br />proposing comprehensive plan or development regulation amendments by June 30, 2020; and <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners desires to allow extra time for comprehensive <br />plan and development regulation amendments to be submitted for consideration for the 2020 annual docket. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners hereby <br />extends the deadline for docketing comprehensive plan and development regulations for the 2020 annual <br />docket until August 14, 2020.
