Excused Cory Wright, Commissioner. <br /> <br />Others Via WebEx: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; <br />Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Tristen Lamb, Public <br />Health Administrator; Mark Cook, Public Works Director/Interim <br />County Engineer; Stephanie Hartung, DPA III; Judy Pless, Budget & <br />Finance Director; Chris Horner, DPA III; Lisa Young, HR Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendars. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved the County Vouchers and <br />PAF’s. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Correspondence Log for the week ending July 17, 2020 was <br />presented. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION OPMA PHASE 3 COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Stephanie Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor III explained that there is <br />some discretion given to Phase 3 Counties relating to the OPMA. She <br />reviewed areas that the Board would need to consider relating to <br />safety as well as the impact with the latest restrictions of <br />gatherings of 10 or less. She explained that the number of public <br />allowed in person decreases with Staff and BoCC present. There was <br />discussion surrounding what the Board would like to see and staff <br />brought forward technology and enforcement concerns. Staff was <br />directed to contact I.T. and the Sheriff’s Office for a follow up <br />meeting with Commissioner Wright for Tuesday July 21, 2020 under <br />Miscellaneous on the BoCC Regular Agenda Session. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION PILT FUNDS DEPT.
