REQUEST TO APPROVE A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR'S SIGNATURE ON <br />COUNTY ROAD ADMINISTRATION BOARD RURAL ARTERIAL PROGRAM FUNDING <br />CONTRACT <br />Justin Turnbull stated that the County Road Administration Board had <br />additional funding available for the Vantage Highway Overlay Project <br />and this action secures that funding for use. Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith made a motion to approve Resolution 2020-125 Authorizing <br />the Chair's Signature on County Road Administration Board Rural <br />Arterial Program Funding Contract. Vice -Chairman Laura Osiadacz <br />seconded the motion. Discussion was held. Chairman Brett Wachsmith made a <br />motion to approve Resolution 2020-126 Authorizing the Chair's <br />Signature on Washington State Department of Transportation Amendment <br />No. 1 to GM 752 (Interstate 90 and Sparks Road). Vice -Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz seconded the motion. Motion passed 2-0. <br />BAKER ROAD CONSTRUCTION TRAFFIC DISCUSSION <br />Justin Turnbull gave background on the ongoing traffic issues in the <br />Evergreen Valley area and Baker Road. Vice -Chairman Laura Osiadacz <br />stated that she has been involved in discussions about this issue and <br />Suncadia is aware of the issue and would like to have a meeting <br />scheduled with all parties involved to get a solution.
