R ECpR pS fYIATHIE NA N,Q,E <br />The Contnctor shall maintain books. records, docurnenls, dala and other evidence lelatiing to lhis <br />coni'act and perfonnance of lhe setvlces descrlbed herein, including but nol limited lo aciounling <br />procedures and praclices that sufficiently and properly refiiecl all direct and indirecl costs of any nalure <br />expendedin lhe peilonnance of llfs conlracl. <br />The Conlraclor sfull mainlain records lhal idenhify, in its accounts, all federal awArds received and <br />expended and thelederal programs underwhidr lhey were received, by Catalog of Federal Domeslic <br />Assista nce (CFDA) tille and number, award number and year, narne of-tre fedeial agency, and name <br />of t h e pass-hrough enlily. <br />The Conlraclor shallretain such records fora period of slx (6) years fdkirihg lhe dale of frinal paymenl. <br />Al no addilLbnalcosI lhese records. including malerialsgeneraled under lb contracl shallbe iubjed <br />al all reasonable limes b inspectrion. raview or audit by COMIi/ERCE. personnel drly authorized by <br />COMMERCE, the Ollice of lhe Stale Audilor, and feds al and slab ofFcials so auhorized by law, <br />regulalion or agreemenl. <br />lf anyliligalion,claimorauditisstarledbdorelheexplratbnof hesix(6)yearperiod, herecordsshall <br />be retained until all litigalion, claims, oraudil findings involving lhe records have been resdved- <br />13.
