Task 3: Permitting <br />Jacobs will provide additional permitting assistance to support COUNTY with improvements to Highway <br />97, constructing the collector road from Highway 97 to the Transfer Station entrance, and installing <br />utilities, including water, sewer, gas, electrical, telecommunication services, stormwater features, and <br />appropriate utility appurtenances. In addition, Jacobs will perform permitting assistance for the re- <br />location of the FEMA 100 -year floodplain at the site. <br />The State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) and Joint Aquatic Resources Permit Application (DARPA) is <br />anticipated to be completed in June 2020, which will provide permits/approvals and guidance on critical <br />areas (wetlands, floodplains).
