The record was open. <br /> CHRIS HORNER, DEPUTY PROSECUTOR reviewed a proposed Ordinance which <br />would allow the Treasurer’s Office to collect and administer the <br />Admissions Tax rather than the Auditor’s office. He noted both <br />Elected Officials had agreed to the proposal and the Ordinance would <br />reflect the transfer of duty. <br /> THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. ORDINANCE 2020-003 ADMISSIONS TAX TREASURER CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH moved to approve Ordinance No. 2020-003, To Amend <br />Kittitas County Code Chapter 3.22 – Admissions Tax. COMMISSIONER OSIADACZ seconded.
