BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2020 - <br />TO AWARD THE CONTRACT FOR THE TEANAWAY HYDRAULIC <br />IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 2: LICK CREEK CULVERT REPLACEMENT AND <br />AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE THE SAME <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works solicited bids for the Teanaway <br />Hydraulic Improvements Phase 2: Lick Creek Culvert Replacement in <br />accordance with RCW 36.77.020 Contract Procedures; and <br />WHEREAS: The call for sealed bids was authorized by the Kittitas County Board of <br />Commissioners on April 7, 2020: and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on May 4, 2020 at the Kittitas County Permit <br />Center, Department of Public Works, 411 N. Ruby Street, Suite 1, <br />Ellensburg, Washington; and <br />WHEREAS: Ten (10) bids were received for the prescribed work.
